The Forsaken Graveyard is a well-preserved location from an ancient civilization. It appears to have been constructed as a normal graveyard with a series of tombs created for very wealthy individuals. During the last Dark Century this entire graveyard was violently moved and surrounded by tall mountains. It wasn't until an earthquake collapsed one side of the mountain crater that people were able to discover its existence.

While a large portion of the graveyard and tombs survived so did the ancient magic of that cursed the land causing the undead to rise from their graves. This place is considered very dangerous and normal people will not go there. The graveyard does not have much activity during the day, but once the sun begins to set the cursed land begins to vomit out the undead.

The surrounding mountain range is known as Grimrock Mountain as the rocks have a frightening look to them. It is clear that the mountains were created by a very violent event.

Some scholars believe that deep within the Grimrock Mountain range more ancient wonders may exist. The corpse of the Lich Lord Relthazean is also believed to be buried inside of a secret tomb that is far into the mountains.
